Brand New Bonham Branch Update September, 2023
We are excited to announce that construction on our full-service branch re-build in downtown Bonham will begin soon.
We are now open in our new temporary branch, located next door to our Convenience Center at 2228 North Center Street. Our ATM at our downtown location is no longer available; however our new ATM is available to serve you at our Convenience Center, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our downtown bank location was originally built over 60 years ago when it opened as Bonham State Bank’s new office in 1960 so we are very excited about the complete re-build to provide you with full-service banking in one location in Bonham. During construction, the downtown location will be closed and the building will be demolished. New branch construction will begin in that same location in downtown Bonham. We will be using materials to reinforce the downtown Bonham history including brick and stonework, details, and colors that will provide extraordinary curb appeal and will complement the downtown area. We have worked closely with our architects to ensure our new bank location maintains the heritage of downtown Bonham and will be a beautiful tribute to the courthouse, downtown square area and to the entire community.
You will be served by our same friendly bankers at the conveniently located temporary branch next door to our Bonham Convenience Center during construction of our new branch. Plus, we will be introducing new convenient banking technologies during this transition that will help you as well. While we look forward to our new building construction, we know change can be hard sometimes. I want to personally reassure you that our bankers are here to help and make banking as easy as possible during construction and throughout the transition.
