Our ATMs with Live Tellers connect you with real Legend Bank tellers through secure video chat—right from the ATM screen. These specially trained bankers are based at our North Richland Hills branch and can assist you with nearly all the same transactions you’d handle in person. Whether you’re making a deposit, cashing a check, or asking a question, our Live Tellers are here to help with extended hours and the same personalized service you’ve come to expect from our drive-thru team. You can complete virtually every type of transaction you normally do with a drive-thru teller at our ATMs with Live Tellers, making your banking experience easier and more personal.

• Cash checks for the dollar amount, and we’ll deposit any change into your account

Using our ATM with Live Teller is super simple! Just tap the “Talk to Teller” button on the screen during Live Teller hours, and one of our friendly Legend Bank tellers will greet you through secure video chat to assist with your transaction.

The machine will guide you through where to scan your ID, insert your card, check, or cash, and receive your receipt and cash. It works like a regular ATM, but with the added benefit of a real banker helping you just as they would in the drive-thru.
