*To qualify and earn the preferred rate and receive monthly ATM fee refunds, E-Statements are required and the following transactions must post and clear within the statement cycle: 

• One direct deposit
• 20 debit card transactions
  Transactions must be fully posted and cleared by the time the statement cycle closes. Pending transactions don’t count until the merchant completes processing, which can take a few days and is outside of our control. If the transaction shows pending then it has not fully cleared your account. Once those pending transactions post to your account, they will count towards the next month’s statement cycle for your debit card transaction count.
  
  Each statement cycle ends on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
