Account Opening Requirements

Account owners must be at least 18 years old and will need the following:

  • Valid U.S. government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, permanent resident alien card, or passport
  • Social Security Number
  • Current physical address
  • Phone number

  • Limited Liability Partnership(LLP or LLLP)

  1. Certificate of Incorporation or Certificates of Formation and Filing
  2. Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws or Corporate minutes identifying elected officers
  3. Registration of a Foreign Entity, if applicable
  4. Current Assumed Name Certificate, if applicable
  5. Copy of driver’s license for each signer, beneficial owner and control person
