Text Banking is the easy way to get all the information you need about your bank account via text. You can check your balance and transaction history, just by sending a text. 

Enrolling in Text Banking
To enroll in text banking:
  • In the navigation menu, click or tap Settings > Text Enrollment. The Text Enrollment page appears. 
  • Click or tap On.
  • Enter the number that you want to enable for text banking in the SMS Text Number field.
  • Click or tap Terms and Conditions to read the terms and conditions in another tab.
  • Click or tap Privacy Policy and read the privacy policy in another tab.
  • Select the Agree To Terms check box.
  • Click or tap Save.
  • In the Enrollment Successful message, do one of the following:
    • Click or tap Close to close the Text Banking settings.
    • Click or tap Visit Preferences to configure account preferences for text banking.

We are committed to providing you with the most advanced debit card fraud protection available. To enhance the security of your debit card account and to provide you with a more convenient protection service, all cardholders with a valid cell phone on our system have been enrolled in our new debit card fraud text program. This gives you the ability to receive text notifications of any potential fraudulent transactions on your card as well as the ability to respond back to confirm the transaction is valid. You don't have to complete any extra steps to complete your enrollment.

You are able to reply directly to the text with a response of YES or NO as to whether the transaction is valid without having to make a phone call or impact the use of your card if the transactions are valid. The text you will receive will look similar to the following message:
FreeMSG Legend Bank Fraud Center
$125.46 on card 1234 at Macy's.
If valid reply YES, fraud NO. To Opt Out, STOP.

You are able to reply back to this text to confirm if the transaction is valid. If you need help at anytime, please respond back "help".
